I am basically a document whizz, with extensive experience implementing document control systems (SharePoint 2007/2010). I have copy-writing, formatting and editorial skills (B.A English/Phil), which I use to write policies, procedures, promotional copy and intranet content. This all sits on top of a foundation of process analysis (Six Sigma Green Belt) and legal research skills (Grad Dip in Law - UTS). I am passionate about the importance of customer service and believe that the needs of external customers, should drive internal business processes.
